New cyber expert panel appointed by India's SC to probe Pegasus case

<p>India's Supreme Court has appointed a new three-member panel of cyber security experts, which will be responsible to probe the allegations regarding use of Israeli spyware Pegasus. The country's top court rejected the Centre's plea to appoint an expert committee, stating that such a move would violate the settled judicial principle against bias. The panel will be overseen by former judge Justice R V Raveendran.<br /> </p>
