NHTSA looking into another Tesla collision that resulted in motorcyclist fatality

<p>A special inquiry into a crash involving a Tesla vehicle has been launched by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. This time, it concerns the collision between a 2021 Tesla Model Y and a motorcycle earlier this month in California. Since 2016, there have been 38 special investigations into crashes involving Tesla vehicles. The NHTSA started an investigation into one such collision involving a 2018 Tesla Model 3 in California earlier this month.</p>
