Nvidia Corp partners VMware to enable businesses use AI chips easily
<p>VMware Inc and Nvidia Corp announced an effort to make VMware’s software for managing data centres, work better with Nvidia’s AI chips. VMware’s software helps businesses get more work out of data centre servers. For many years, it focussed on making the software work better with Intel’s processor, which dominated data centres’ market share. But as businesses have turned to AI for everything, Nvidia’s market share has also been expanding because of its AI chips.</p>
