Panasonic to built Next EV battery factory in Oklahoma

<p>Panasonic considers Oklahoma a potential location for upcoming lithium-ion battery facility. The proposed business is a part of an initiative to transfer auto manufacturing domestically as automakers and their suppliers work to combat inflation, geopolitical unrest, and a lack of the raw materials needed to produce EVs. A battery being developed by Panasonic is anticipated to enhance energy capacity by five times and extend range by more than 15%.</p>
