Partners Group Invests $1.2B to Purchase EdgeCore Digital's Data Centre Platform

<p>Partners Group Holding AG, a Swiss private equity group, is investing up to $1.2 billion in US data centre provider EdgeCore Digital Infrastructure. In its most recent investment in data centre assets, Partners Group will utilise the fund to buy a majority ownership in EdgeCore and assist it in developing new data centre locations around the United States. Partners Group invested in four pieces of digital infrastructure in 2021, including purchase of atNorth.</p>
