PM launches ‘One Nation, One Ombudsman' scheme to address banking complaints

<p>The increased digital adoption of banking transactions has led to customer complaints to double from 1.6L in FY18 to 3.3L in FY20. To address these complaints RBI&#39;s &lsquo;One Nation, One Ombudsman&#39; scheme has been launched by PM Narendra Modi. This scheme will allow customers to file complaints from anywhere at any time through portal/email/physical receipt. A single reference point will be provided to customers to submit their documents and track the status of complaints.<br /> &nbsp;</p>
