PM Modi inaugurates Rs 220 cr 5G testbed

<p>PM Narendra Modi unveiled India&#39;s first 5G testbed, which would allow entrepreneurs and industry players to test and certify their technologies domestically. The testbed, built at a cost of Rs 220 cr, will be provided in five locations. Modi said 5G technology will improve the country&#39;s governance, ease of living, and ease of conducting business. According to him, the development of the 5G network will boost the Indian economy by $450 billion.<br /> &nbsp;</p>
