Qualcomm, Microsoft, Google raises concern over Nvidia's acquisition of Arm

<p>Tech firms including Qualcomm, Microsoft and Google are not comfortable about Nvidia acquiring Arm. Various media reports said the tech giants fear that the acquisition will lead to changes in how Arm licenses out its chipmaking tech. Nvidia, as per media reports, has said that that it will not force Arm to change the way it deals with other businesses. Nvidia in Sept 2020 announced intention to buy Arm from SoftBank in a $40 bn deal.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
