SAP users face revenue decline, the pressure to hike IT spend: survey

<p>Nearly three-quarters of customers of software group SAP are suffering severe declines in revenue, earnings while at the same time facing pressure to hike IT spending to go digital. At the same time, over four-fifths said the pandemic made digital transformation a more pressing task. SAP&rsquo;s new CEO Christian Klein told the company has taken calls to improve integration between its 4 main processes: sales, procurement, human resources and supply chain management.</p>
