Sebi approves unicorn insurer Go Digit General Insurance's IPO

<p>Go Digit General Insurance has submitted its DRHP to SEBI in order to raise money through an IPO. A blend of a fresh issue and an offer for sale will make up the proposed issue. With the fresh issue and the offer for sale, the business hopes to raise up to Rs 1,250 Cr via the sale of 109,445,561 shares. The business may take into account a pre-IPO placement of equity shares after consulting with merchant bankers about the matter.</p>
