Signal CEO Moxie Marlinspike steps down

<p>Moxie Marlinspike, CEO of Signal, announced his replacement. Moxie said he would transition out of the job in the upcoming month but would remain on the board. Brian Acton, Co-founder of WhatsApp will serve as interim CEO. Signal has been popular with activists, investigative journalists, politicians, and law enforcement officials because of its emphasis on privacy and security.</p>
