Softbank acquires equity stake in IOT solutions firm 1NCE

<p>Softbank has acquired an equity stake in 1NCE, the Germany-based IOT solutions provider. The financial specifications of the deal are confidential. Softbank acquired the stake in order to expand its investment portfolio in the IOT sector, and 1NCE, which supplies connectivity to 110 countries, seemed to be the best bet. Softbank also entered into an agreement with 1NCE, gaining distribution rights for its IOT services in 19 countries in the Asia-Pacific region.<br /> &nbsp;</p>
