Sony’s PS5 Redesign May Replace Disc Drive And Digital Drive Versions With Detachable Disc Drive

<p>Sony&rsquo;s PS5 redesign may see the gaming console scrap its two versions: one with a disc drive and another with a digital drive that can&rsquo;t read discs with a detachable drive. Reports also say that a USB-C port might be added to plug the detachable drive into it. This is the first change to the exterior of the PS5 and it seems like Sony is trying to bridge the divide between the two versions and offer the option of a console with or without the disc drive.&nbsp;<br /> &nbsp;</p>
