Tata Group Plans To Hire Over 40,000 Women Workers At iPhone Hosur Factory

<p>The Tata Group intends to hire 45,000 people for its electrical facility in Hosur, which manufactures iPhone components. According to reports, the decision is being made in order to earn more business from Apple Inc. According to a Bloomberg article, the Hosur company will recruit up to 45,000 women over the next 18-24 months. The plant currently employs 10,000 people, the majority of whom are women. Tata and Apple have yet to disclose their intentions for Hosur.</p>
