Tatas To Acquire Bisleri For Up To ₹7,000 Crore

<p>Bisleri, India&#39;s largest packaged drinking water manufacturer, is likely to be acquired by Tata Consumer for an estimated Rs 6,000-7,000 crore. Three decades after selling soft drink brands Thums Up, Limca to Coca-Cola, Chairman Ramesh Chauhan hopes to divest Bisleri International to Tata Consumer Products. The present management will be retained for two years as part of the purchase. The interested parties for the purchase were Reliance Retail, Nestle, and Danone.&nbsp;</p>
