TCS To Develop Gig Based Platform

<p>Tata Consultancy Services is thinking of building a gig-based platform for its 6 lakh employees. This came up at a time when the tech giant was struggling with moonlighting or the employees taking up additional assignments during non-work hours. Along with TCS, many IT companies have been setting up new models to engage their employees on similar projects. Infosys said last week that it working on a platform called &#39;Accelerate&#39; to help employees to work on gig projects.</p>
