Tech Mahindra looking to reduce dependence on Indian Talent Base

<p>Tech Mahindra is looking to hire from outside of India to cut dependence on the Indian talent base. Having 126,000 employees, the tech giant is looking to widen the talent pool, improve agility to deliver some solutions, and be closer to clients abroad. &ldquo;India will only provide 60% of the talent base.
