Telcos, IT companies will compete for talent as 5G auction draws closer

Telcos will look to increase their staff as 5G service deployment and captive private networks become a reality. They will be recruiting from the same skill pool that tech businesses use to fill job openings. Tech companies have been hiring engineers for 5G use cases.</p>
