Telecom Industry size set to exceed Rs 10 lakh Cr: report

<p>The telecom sector is expected to reach a value of over Rs. 10 lakh Cr the next year and Rs. 13 lakh Cr by 2025 said a report by tech consultancy firm Techarc. Even after the commercial launch of 5G in India, smartphones will still be the crown gem of the country&#39;s telecom sector. While 5G is anticipated to boost the telecommunications industry&#39;s general health, the importance of the smartphone market will only grow in the 5G era.</p>
