Telegram Rolls Out New Features For Users Like "Video Transcription" And "Topics"

<p>Telegram has upgraded its app with new functionality and graphic upgrades, including the inclusion of voice-to-text transcription for movies, different subjects in big group conversations, and &quot;Collectible Usernames.&quot; It has also released additional free features, beginning with Topics in Groups. This enables groups with more than 200 members to create discrete rooms that act similarly to individual conversations, with their own alerts.</p>
