Telegram's CEO's Jab at Apple's App Store Rules
<p>CEO and founder of Telegram, Pavel Durov, accused Apple of stifling entrepreneurship with its App Store guidelines. Durov said that Apple Inc. is exploiting its "market domination at the expense of millions of users who are seeking to monetise their own content" in a message on his Telegram channel. Multiple times, Apple rejected updates to Telegram's iOS app for breaking the company's rules, including copying the iOS emoji design.</p>
