To Address Cloud-Based Risk Solutions, Sebi Has Proposed Framework for Regulated Entities

<p>Capital markets regulator Sebi has proposed&nbsp;cloud framework for its regulated firms, citing key risks and control measures that such entities should take into account before using cloud-based solutions. The proposed framework outlines the legal and regulatory guidelines that Sebi-regulated entities (REs) must meet when they use cloud computing services.&nbsp; Sebi said&nbsp;that there no limitations on using any cloud deployment model, and RE can adopt them as per their needs.</p>
