Top IT firms interested in bringing employees back to work

<p>The process of getting personnel back to their offices has begun for top IT service firms. Managers and above have been urged to return by March 3 for two days in a week. Companies have come to accept that the hybrid model will remain in the long run as the Omicron wave of Covid-19 fades. Infosys, TCS, Wipro and Cognizant all plan to open its offices for a voluntary return to premises and will open its offices to a higher share of employees in the next 3-4 months.</p>
