Twitter launches Circle to enable users to communicate in smaller group

<p>Twitter announced the launch of Twitter Circle, a tool that enables users to communicate with a smaller group of up to 150 individuals. Users can select who they wish to include in their Twitter Circle, and only those who are included in the circle can view, respond to, and otherwise engage with the shared tweets. The tweets posted on the group will have a green badge for those in their circle to see, but they cannot be retweeted.</p>
