Twitter Removes All Links to Facebook, Instagram, Mastodon, and Other Competitors From its Site

<p>Twitter stated on Sunday that it will no longer permit users to advertise their presence on Facebook, Instagram, Mastodon, Truth Social, etc. While acknowledging that many of its users are engaged on other social media sites, Twitter stated that &quot;we will no longer allow free marketing of certain social media platforms on Twitter.&quot; The company announced that it will delete accounts created only for the purpose of advertising other social media sites.</p>
