Twitter tests new feature Safety Mode that will block trolls

<p>Under pressure to protect its users from online abuse, Twitter has said that it is testing a new feature that automatically blocks hateful messages. Activating &quot;Safety Mode&quot; will ensure that users see their &quot;mentions&quot; filtered for seven days so that messages flagged as likely to contain hate speech or insults are not seen. Still a work in progress, the feature will be tested initially by English speakers.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
