Two years after announcing deal, Binance and WazirX disagree on ownership

<p>Binance said it doesn&#39;t own the India-based platform WazirX even though it disclosed the acquisition two and a half years ago. The corporation has been attempting to finalise the purchase for the last few years but has been unable to do so due to a few problems. In a blog post published at the end of 2019, Binance announced the acquisition of WazirX. In a different blog post, WazirX stated that the company had been &quot;successfully bought by Binance.&quot;</p>
