Uber to acquire Postmates Inc for $2.65 B all-stock agreement

<p>Uber has agreed to buy Postmates Inc for $2.65 B in all-stock agreement. Uber&rsquo;s food delivery service Uber Eats will run collaboratively with San Francisco-based Postmates. The deal has been approved by Uber&rsquo;s board. As of May, Postmates accounted for 8% of the US meal delivery market. Uber earlier acquired Just Eat Takeaway.com for $7.3 B.</p>
