US may take action against TikTok, other Chinese tech firms “shortly”
<p>The US, Secretary of State Michael Pompeo said that the govt is “closing in on a solution and I think you’ll see the president’s announcement shortly.” Pompeo said that the govt may ban a few other Chinese tech firms ( besides TikTok) having business in the U.S. He claimed that some of these tech firms are “feeding data directly to the Chinese Communist Party.” President Donald Trump, recently, said that he could use an executive order to ban TikTok from the US.</p>
