Utimaco, a Cybersecurity Business, has Acquired PWS Provider Celltick

<p>Utimaco, cybersecurity provider, has announced the purchase of Celltick, a global provider of Public Warning Systems (PWS). Utimaco stated that it aims to launch its PWS in India in alliances with telecom providers and state governments. Following the acquisition of Celltick&#39;s expertise and Utimaco&#39;s global network in these sectors, the business intends to deliver services to Indian governments and clients in the telecoms and enterprise industries.</p>
