Vlocity founder David Schmaier to take over as Salesforce industries CEO 

<p>After acquiring cloud CRM firm Vlocity for $1.33 B, Salesforce has announced Vlocity founder David Schmaier as the CEO of its new division, Salesforce Industries. Vlocity&#39;s CRMs are made on Salesforce which eases their integration, something that most acquisitions struggle with. The new division focuses on verticalized tools, intending to enhance market opportunities. Also, it facilitates dealing with the verticals leading to better revenue generation.</p>
