Vodafone - Three UK merger confirm to accelerate 5G services

<p>Vodafone confirmed its deal with Three UK, owned by CK Hutchison, to boost their 5G rollout. Combining their UK businesses with Vodafone owing 51%, the merger is a &ldquo;no cash&rdquo; deal.
