WhatsApp appoints its first head of operations in Brazil
<p>WhatsApp has announced the appointment of Entrepreneur and investor Guilherme Horn as their first director for its operations in Brazil. He will take over as the new Director next month and will be located in Sao Paulo, where he will work to increase business usage of the messaging platform. "Guilherme knows what it takes to build meaningful partnerships that can serve local communities and businesses across Brazil," said Will Cathcart, WhatsApp's global head.<br /> </p>
