WhatsApp Launches New Business Directory Feature Across 5 Countries

<p>A brand-new company directory function for WhatsApp is now available in Brazil, the UK, Indonesia, Mexico, and Colombia. Users will be able to search directly for businesses that are contactable on the service, according to Meta, or browse by business category (such as tourism or banking). In all five countries where WhatsApp&#39;s Business Platform is active, users who have signed up for it will be listed in the directory; in Brazil, small companies can also access it.</p>
