Wipro Digital acquires customer experience firm Rational Interaction

<p>Wipro Digital, digital business arm of Wipro, has acquired Rational Interaction, a digital customer experience firm. The transaction is aimed to improve the customer experience offerings and digital marketing capabilities of the Bangalore based IT giant. Rational Interaction was founded in 2009 by Kahly Berg. It has over 300 employees across the globe. RI does not plan to reduce its current staff after the integration with Wipro Digital, the company said.</p>
