Wipro PARI to acquire German automation company Hochrainer

<p>A definitive agreement has been inked by Wipro PARI, a privately held infrastructure engineering division of Wipro that specializes in industrial automation, to purchase Hochrainer GmbH, a supplier of assembly systems with its headquarters in Freilassing. The target company, which is family-owned, has been in business since 1973. It is in the business of providing automation technology and assembly systems to international automakers.</p>
