WNS acquires Chennai-based automation services provider Vuram for $165M

<p>Enterprise automation services provider Vuram, based in Chennai, has been acquired by business process management company WNS. WNS used its available cash to cover the acquisition&#39;s upfront payment. The purchase is anticipated to increase WNS&#39; net sales by around 2% in fiscal 2023 and to be accretive to adjusted earnings in fiscal 2023, based on the revenue earned by Vuram in fiscal 2022. Vuram provides complete business automation and BPM solution development.</p>
