“Made in India” apps reach top 10 on Play Store

<p>After PM Narendra Modi mentioned innovative apps on Mann ki Baat last Sunday, several indigenous apps have raced to the top 10 on the app store. Josh, ShareChat, Moj, Chingari are some indigenous apps topping the social media category; Ap Sarkar Seva, Drishti etc in the educational category; Aarogya Setu, StepSetGo, Home Workout etc led in health and fitness. This move will not only boost the &lsquo;self-reliant India&rsquo; but also replace unsafe foreign apps.</p>
