Appinventiv hands out 22% average increment

<p>Appinventiv, in second appraisal cycle of 2020, handed out an average raise of 22% along with performance-linked bonuses to over 600 staff members. It has hired over 100 people during the lockdown and is planning to add over 300 more from the remote locations, said Niharika Rawat, Manager HR, Appinventiv. &nbsp;The company is on track to clock over 200% growth in revenue in H1 FY 21 YoY.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
