Bajaj Allianz’s motor claims were 'contactless' before the pandemic 

<p>Bajaj Allianz General Insurance figured out that over 70% of the claims were uncomplicated in nature and below Rs. 20,000. It introduced Motor On The Spot facility for the customer to settle these claims using the &#39;Caring Yours&#39; app. The in-house developed data analytics and cloud-based technology tools compare the uploaded images with the existing data repository to settle the claim within 30 min. Around 30-40% of claims are settled now via the new app.</p>
