Bajaj Allianz’s motor claims were 'contactless' before the pandemic
<p>Bajaj Allianz General Insurance figured out that over 70% of the claims were uncomplicated in nature and below Rs. 20,000. It introduced Motor On The Spot facility for the customer to settle these claims using the 'Caring Yours' app. The in-house developed data analytics and cloud-based technology tools compare the uploaded images with the existing data repository to settle the claim within 30 min. Around 30-40% of claims are settled now via the new app.</p>
