CMO responsibilities changing, with 76% contributing to business growth: Study

<p>A Capgemini study shows that the responsibilities of CMOs globally are changing. Over 76% CMOs are responsible for contributing to business growth, while 74% contribute to data and tech. Despite the new data-driven responsibility, only 12% have appropriate data access. The report also says that data is used to devise a new strategy by only 43% of marketing teams, while 40% use the new data to change and modify existing strategies.</p>
