Demand for employees with digital skills to increase over next year

<p>A report by Amazon Web Service(AWS) said that the necessity for digital skills training has grown as the pandemic has progressed. The report also added that Indian workers requiring digital skills will increase by 27.3M throughout the year though only 45% of these workers have a training plan in place which will give them an advantage in competitive areas like productivity and innovation. The research findings also highlight the need for advanced cloud computing skills.</p>
