Dropbox Acquires Document Management Startup FormSwift For $95M

<p>Dropbox has acquired FormSwift, a cloud-based platform designed to help businesses build, edit, share and print custom documents. It will pay $95 million to the San Francisco-based startup, which will soon join Dropbox. The platform allows corporate customers to use prebuilt templates to design forms like rental agreements and NDAs. The purchase is part of a larger strategy to enhance its offerings rather than cannibalize them and 28 such acquisitions are made.</p>
