How AirAsia is creating zero-touch flying experience

For baggage check-in, travellers could tag their bags themselves. The airline would later share a baggage confirmation SMS. Web check-in ensure touchless boarding. Facial biometrics replaced the traditional security checkpoints documentation.</p>
