Platform&rsquo;s &lsquo;Customer Action Centre&rsquo; will collect customer data from multiple sources thereby enabling the bank to predict its customers&rsquo; needs Thus, the&nbsp;bank can create better products, offerings and also automate the customer on-boarding process.
