Ukrainian government outlines plans to make country

<p>The government of Ukraine has devised a strategy to ensure that it can operate even under the most trying conditions: turn every service digital with the aid of big tech. President Volodymyr Zelensky originally announced the strategy to become the &quot;most digital country&quot; in the world following the Russian invasion last month. Deputy Prime Minister Mykhailo Fedorov revealed the plan at a conference in Switzerland on Monday.</p>
