Worldwide Social Software and Collaboration revenue to nearly double by 2023: Gartner

<p>The worldwide market for social software and collaboration in the workplace is expected to grow from an estimated $2.7 bn in 2018 to $4.8 bn by 2023, according to Gartner. By 2023, Gartner expect nearly 60% of enterprise application software providers will have some form of social software and collaboration functionalities in their product portfolios. Social media and real-time messaging are now keys to enterprise collaboration, as per recent Gartner Survey.</p>
