<p>Byju's has changed their sales strategy in a significant way. The business stopped sending sales representatives to students' homes to make sales pitches to the parents. Instead, the whole sales team now operates out of the office and contacts the parents of kids who have expressed a definite interest in subscribing. Over the years, ed-tech has come under fire for its aggressive sales strategy.<br /> </p>
