Filevine raises $108M in Series D round

<p>Filevine has announced fresh investment of $108M in their Series D round which was led by StepStone Group. The financing round also saw participation from Golub Capital and existing investors like Signal Peak Ventures and Meritech Capital. Ryan Anderson, CEO of Filevine said that this new investment will be used to pursue new market opportunities like nonprofit, insurance and public sector which will further evolve the platform to address the changing legal demands.</p>
