Okinawa, the electric two-wheeler maker, is reportedly in talks to raise $100 million for its third manufacturing plant as it eyes expansion in India. The company has already raised $160 million and is in discussions with investors to secure additional funding. The company plans to use the funds to set up a new manufacturing unit, improve research and development capabilities, and expand its dealer network.
